Information about shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via eShip for PrestaShop- a multi-carrier shipping management platform provides option to select the best national and international carriers with tracking. eShip for PrestaShop automatically creates shipments for the products sold through our eCommerce website while MBE takes care of the complete shipping management. If you prefer delivery by express shipments, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders received separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Information about Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the purchaser at the time of his placing the order.
The purchaser is required to take all necessary steps to ensure the delivery is carried out correctly. As such, it is necessary to provide all information required for delivery (exact address, door number, etc.). In default, our firm cannot be held responsible for a failure to deliver. Under such circumstances, the products will be returned to the firm and the purchaser will have to contact us in order to take note of the steps to follow to recover the ordered products. Our firm declines any responsibility as for the delay of recovery by the purchaser of his products.

 Order Processing

Orders are processed the next local business day after they are received.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
Orders received on a holiday are processed on the next local business day.
If the total order is not available, our firm will proceed either to the refund of the price of unavailable products or to split shipments, according to the choice of the purchaser. For the balance of the order, the shipping costs will not be charged.

If the products have not been delivered within 15 days for India and within 21 days for abroad, except in cases of force majeure, the sale may be cancelled by email sent by the purchaser to us. The purchaser will then be entitled to the refund of his payment, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.

Condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products

The purchaser is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered as soon as the package is handed over by the carrier.
Any complaint for non-conformity of the delivered products must be notified by the purchaser, by email with video attached, within 72 hours following its reception, both to the carrier whose address appears on the delivery note and to us at
contact@leafnlips.com with acknowledgement of receipt.

Any complaint on the apparent defects of the delivered products must be notified by the purchaser within 3 days following their receipt by sending an email with acknowledgement of receipt to us at contact@leafnlips.com.
The purchaser may be required to provide our firm with any justification necessary for his claim.
In the event that the complaint is accepted by our firm, the purchaser will be entitled to return the product and be reimbursed or exchange of the product.
In the absence of a complaint made within the above-mentioned time limits, the products will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization: We’ll issue a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Pack Your Item: Safely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

4. Ship It Back: Use the provided shipping label or courier waybill to return the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for personalized or perishable items (such as custom blends or limited-edition teas).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
